Communication:

I prefer to communicate via email so that we’re able to keep an accurate track of all details for your project. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for a response to your email. It is important that we communicate often to get your project finished on schedule. Text messages are welcomed. Consultation calls must be scheduled prior to a call. Calls without scheduling will be forwarded.

Turnaround Time:

With all orders – Bookings are in first come first serve order. No client will be skipped ahead of anyone else without a rush fee requested.

Graphics: Standard Graphics are completed within 5 to 7 Business Days (Monday- Friday). Some graphics like an Instagram flyer, branding template, snapchat filter are completed within 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday- Friday). The exact turnaround times are found on product description. Turnaround times may vary due to high demand of orders (sale) and can be extended. Delayed communication, extra add-ons, unavailable content etc. can also contribute to extending the turnaround time.

Website: Website draft is typically completed within 14 – 24 Business Days (Monday- Friday). Turnaround times may vary due to high demand of orders (sale) and can be extended. Delayed communication, extra add-ons, unavailable content etc. can also contribute to extending the turnaround time.

Custom Orders & Branding Packages: Are typically completed within 14 – 24 Business Days (Monday- Friday). The exact turnaround times are found on product description. Turnaround times may vary due to high demand of orders (sale) and can be extended. Printing: All orders that involve printing must be pre-paid to schedule the printing portions. It is important that before you submit payment and/or send final approval, that you review the final draft in detail. 3 to 7 Business Days (Monday- Friday) to complete printing. Shipping may take anywhere between 3 to 7 Business Days (Monday- Friday) for delivery from FedEx or UPS. We don’t ship to P.O. BOX. Turnaround times may vary due to high demand of orders (sale) and can be extended. Delayed communication, extra add-ons, unavailable content etc. can also contribute to extending the turnaround time.

Process:

Graphics, Custom Orders & Branding Packages: The project can be scheduled once the deposit or full payment is received. Full and/or deposit payment is non-refundable. The initial draft design (up to 3 designs) will be sent to the client via email for review/approval. After client chooses/approve the initial draft design, please allow additional 3-5 business days to complete any additional requested changes to the project. If not already paid, The remaining 50 percent must be paid upon completion of the project, and before final artwork is supplied to the client.

Website: The project can be scheduled once the deposit or full payment is received. Full and/or deposit payment is non-refundable. Deposit is required (Full Payment for Shopify) before starting to work on your project. Once the deposit or full payment is paid I will begin to create the desired layout/mockup on one of my domain. This will give you an opportunity to view the design in a “live form”, which will give you a chance to better review & finalize the design. Please send me all text and images via email. Once all content and design are approved if not already paid, the final 50% payment is due then I will install the completed site to your domain. You will need to purchase hosting at this time.

Draft/Mockup Files: Commissioner does not have a proactive duty to display Artist’s name together with Work, but Commissioner may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Artist. Draft files of artwork are the property of the Artist, and shall not be used in any matter or posted onto Social Media.

Payment:

Project $100 and under – Jobs $100 and under requires a full payment before starting to work on your project.
Project $101 and up – Jobs $101 and up can be divided into 2 payments.

Custom Orders & Packages: Custom Packages require a full payment before starting to work on your project. Once paid we will start creating the designs and/or website services base on what you have in mind.

Web Hosting: Fees are due monthly or yearly at the beginning of the cycle.

Marketing & Maintenance –  No coupon, discount, sale allowed to be used on any of our Marketing & Maintenance services.

More Information:

Refund: Due to the custom nature of our services we can’t offer any refund. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the purchase, I will gladly accommodate changes of services (minus a fee) within reason if possible. Or credit applied to your account.

Estimates/Quote: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the proposal date. Unless otherwise noted. Invoice totals may change if the specifics of the job have changed. A written notation will be emailed to the client if there are any new or additional costs that will affect your final invoice.

Rush Orders: Rush charges are not automatically added to a job. Rush fees are only accepted per-job bases. May or may not be available due to scheduling conflicts. Rate are found on product description.

Revision: Commissioner receives a three revision limit on all Work. If Commissioner is not satisfied after the three revisions, Artist will charge $5 per additional revision Commissioner requests.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our services, Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled and we can NOT issue a refund

Live Site: Once the final payment is submitted the site will go live on your domain 2 – 4 business days. $25 rush can be assigned if you need the site live sooner.

Client Responsibilities: You are expected to provide any items listed in order to completion of your project: Copywriting: (Written content), Logos, Photographs/Images, Illustration, and/or Video.

Content Misspellings/Absent Information: All information is asked to be sent via email. We will not be held responsible for any misspellings and/or absent information. LF25 will not correct any information. When proofs are sent, please be sure to look over spelling, typos, spacing issues before proceeding with approving of your project.

Stock Image: Don’t have any high-quality images to use for your site? No worries! For $25 we can buy professional high-quality images that will make your website your look amazing, without the hassle of obtaining your own images or using bad phone images/screen shots.

Support: I provide limited support via email after the project completion date for a period of 15 days dependent upon the type of service provided. After two weeks of the site being live on your domain, It’s your responsibility to maintain your website if you have not retained us for maintenance services.

Privacy: I will often request your username and password to various accounts while working on a project for you. This information will never be shared with anyone else for any reason and will only be used for the purpose of completing your project. You are more than welcome to provide us with temporarily password(s) while working with Lab Five 25.
